Notices advertising our meetings, working-bees, wānanga and other events are posted on this page and align with the dates posted on our website calendar.

 

Our Charter and attached policies as required in accordance with the Māori Reservations Regulations 1994 is displayed on our bulletin boards at the marae. Material and online copies of our Charter are not permitted.

 

As a private trust and not-for-profit organisation our Annual Reports for the last 7 financial periods are filed and kept by our Secretary-Treasurer for the perusal of beneficiaries at our Annual General Meetings. Material and online copies of our Annual Reports are not permitted. 

 

Refer attached copy of our 5-Year Strategic Plan for FY26-FY30, derived from an evaluation of our previous 5-Year Plan FY21-FY25. The foundation of the plan are its overarching Mātāpono - Principles:

1. Rangatiratanga - Identity;

2. Orangatonutanga - Wellbeing; and

3. Toitūtanga - Sustainability. 

The pursuit of our aspirations is organised into three portfolios under Administration, Maintenance, and Development, alongside the implementation of projects within each portfolio, each project underpinned by key objectives and priorities.
